Hello there, Thank you for your review. I took a look at your tests, and saw there was some inconsistency in your results for your left eye, which could have been improved with additional testing. However, I also understand that it is frustrating to have to start the entire test over if you accidentally push the wrong sensor. To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for your feedback; we are sure that any of our advertisements state that your EyeGlass Numbers are not a prescription (and it's one of the reasons we call our results EGNs). There are online retailers such as EyeBuyDirect, Zenni Optical, or Coastal Eyewear that will make glasses from our EGNs. We also offer what we call Try-On glasses that can help you see if your EGNs work for you. If you'd like to learn more, please contact support if you need further help.

Dear Rifad, Thank you for your feedback; an agent should have reached back out to you about your results. There are some trends about your data that we noticed and one of the issues is the spread of data. If your spread is too high or inconsistent, then you will not receive EyeGlass Numbers. For any user, the tighter the spread is the better the results will be. If you have tests, for example, that range with spheres from -2.00D to +2.00D, that means that the data is not reliable to create EGNs from. Our agent will go further into this with you as we do not want to discuss your specific results publicly.

Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your feedback, the previous agent you were working with has gone out on vacation and a new agent has reached out to you to help with your request. The Insight is described as a Visual Acuity device, not a Refraction device as described on our product pages. We make sure that the information that is presented to the customer is not misleading. A VisionCheck or Personal Vision Tracker will measure your eyes for EyeGlass Numbers, the refractive error of your eyes. Please respond to the agent when you can so we can help you further.

Hi James, While we do appreciate constructive feedback, your email to us this morning was entitled "YOUR LAST WARNING" which is very much unappreciated. Your results are inconsistent, but not inconsistent enough that a couple more tests may allow you to obtain EyeGlass Numbers. We will explain this in the response to your email as we do not want your information public. We do apologize that our support team did not get back to you as quickly as they could have and that agent will be spoken with as we should not have such a slow response time. If you choose to follow through with your threat, we will submit the records that we have to the appropriate agencies that require them. Please be on the lookout for a response as we'll break down the small issue with your account.

Hello Dean, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to learn about your experience with our device and that the glasses you ordered did not work for you. There is a bit of a learning curve with the Personal Vision Tracker for some, but once you have a good idea of how to test, it becomes easier. After taking a look at your results, I see that you did not generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN) - these are the measurements you need for corrective lenses. It is typically displayed on the main screen under the same title. However, there was an outlier in your tests that prevented you from generating an EGN, so it is likely that you may have used an individual test to order your glasses, which can explain why your glasses did not work for you. We would like to remove the outlier and recalculate your results - then send you a pair of try-on glasses to see if the EGN works for you. If you are interested, please contact our support team so that we can get the process started.

Unfortunately, without more information, I am unable to take a look at your results to see where the error may. be/what might have gone wrong. Did you order glasses with the individual test results or the EyeGlass Number? The accuracy of a test depends on how consistently and how precisely you are able to test. There are different variables that can affect your results, ranging from positioning, incorrect resolution, accommodation, or pre-existing conditions that affect your vision (ie cataracts or color deficiency, among others).
