Hello Dexter, We have replied to your emails and reviews, but are not receiving a response to any of them. If you can check your emails, one of our agents wrote to you on February 11th and issued a return label and offered a replacement. On the 19th, another agent wrote you to let you know that we received your returned unit and asked you to confirm if you'd like either a replacement or a refund. Since we are not receiving an answer, we will move forward and issue the refund.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback - we apologize for the oversight. The missing unit was shipped out on the 17th, and a shipping confirmation email was sent that included the tracking number for the shipment. Regarding the difficulty you are experiencing using the PVT, I saw that you had submitted a separate support ticket, and one of our support representatives has already assisted you. However, in regard to your comment, there is a disclaimer under the product details in our store that the ability to achieve measurements can be affected by various issues, such as accommodation, eye conditions, or improper use. There are also a few questions in our FAQs that address this. We will forward your concern to our design team for consideration with the next website update.

Hello David, Thank you for your feedback. I took a look at your results, and saw there was too much variation between tests to generate a reliable EyeGlass Number (EGN). This is due to a combination of accommodation and incorrect positioning - either how you were looking into the device, or if you were holding it at a slight angle to your eye. I also noticed your phone was not set at the maximum resolution. Please contact our support team for further assistance and/or to return the unit.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the try-on glasses didn't work for you. A quick review of your results showed some variation on the right eye, which is why the right eye may not be as sharp. If you are interested, please contact our support team for further assistance - we'd like to do some troubleshooting and help you to further refine your results.

Hello Charles, We sent you 3 emails regarding this issue: 12/15/20, 1/11/21, and 1/12/21. As the emails stated, we received the return, but were unable to issue the refund via GiddyUp because you had filed a chargeback. We suggested that you retract the chargeback so we can try the refund again, but you have not responded to any of our emails except to ask where your refund is. Since the transaction was made with GiddyUp and not EyeQue, we are unable to do anything more as we do not have access to their payment gateway. If you do not wish to retract the chargeback, the only option is to wait for the dispute to be settled.
