Hello Rick, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the glasses did not work out for you. We reviewed your order details/results and found that one of our agents reached out to you after you placed the order, to verify whether or not you wanted us to move forward with the glasses assembly since you did not need much correction for distance. Since we did not get a response, the order was processed and the glasses were shipped out. One of our agents will reach out to you again to provide assistance.

Hi Paula, Thank you for your update. I'm glad to hear that you were able to test to the point of generating an EyeGlass Number, but a possible concern I have is that the correct age is listed in the account, as the calculation takes this into consideration. I will be reaching out to you separately with more information.

Hello Sikander, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the product did not work for you. However, after taking a look at your account, you had only completed 1 test. A minimum of 3 consistent tests need to be completed in order for the app to generate a reliable EyeGlass Number (EGN). Unfortunately, a single test does not provide enough information, which is why you no not have an EGN. If you need assistance with the test process or have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

Dear Philip, Thank you for your feedback; we do apologize for the delay in shipping your item. As you may have known when you placed your order, we were out of stock of the VisionCheck for quite some time. Shipping lanes are extremely slow right now, especially if you ship by sea which these were. We just received them as of the 26th and the units have just finished the QA/QC process. Hi Susan, The ticket you are reviewing is a merged ticket that was about the same issue. The ticket you are currently referring to is ticket 54768 which will be responded to today. This review is in response to ticket 54638, which was merged into ticket 54639, about the lines not moving to which a rep did help you solve. The new response will give you information about why you are receiving inconsistent results.

Hello Patricia, Thank you for your review - I'm sorry to learn you were unable to generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN). After taking a look at your account, there was too much variation among your tests that the app was unable to provide a reliable measurement. This can be due to incorrect positioning or holding the device at an angle to your eye. I also noticed that there were 2 clear sets of data; please note that the device is designed for 1 user only. Should additional users wish to try it out, they must create a separate account so the data is not mixed. If that is not the issue, perhaps you completed the first 3 tests with glasses/contacts on? Please be sure to test without any corrective lenses. Last, I also saw that your phone was also reporting the wrong screen resolution to the app - 391PPI instead of the 522PPI as specified by the manufacturer. It is likely your resolution was not set to maximum prior to testing, so the measurements were based on the erroneous PPI reported by your phone. If you'd like further assistance with the device and/or how to adjust your phone's settings so the measurements are using the correct PPI, please contact our support team.
