Hello George, We understand your stance on EyeQue, as your experience was not what you expected it to be. Since our products are self-administered, it is sometimes difficult to pinpoint why measurements may be inconsistent, but we will utilize the resources available to us in an effort to resolve the issue and help you reach the point of generating EyeGlass Numbers (EGN). Our products are designed to allow the user to test in the comfort of their home, and the EGNs can be used for glasses. However, our intent is not to replace an eye doctor. We do mention the importance of seeing an eye doctor on our website as well as in the apps. We appreciate that you reached out to our support team, and allowed us an opportunity to try and troubleshoot the problem. We will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to refine and improve our products.

Dear Martin, Thank you for your review; we do appreciate it. To your comment in your previous email; at this moment we are not offering free shipping to those outside of the US as the cost is much more than domestic shipments. If our volumes of international shipments reach the same as that of our domestic shipments, we will revisit this point in the future. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand our position on international shipping.

Hello David, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you were having difficulty using the VisionCheck unit. I saw that you reached out to our support team, and one of our agents responded offering assistance. Unfortunately, his 3 emails to you went unanswered, so he had no way of knowing you were still experiencing problems. Regarding the issue of the wifi connection, it is is not the app or device causing the disconnection. Some possible reasons are a weak/spotty wifi connection, multiple apps running simultaneously in the background (which is using up much of the bandwidth), some apps may actually be blocking our app from running properly, and/or if one of the apps is a wifi prioritizing app. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our support team.

It looks like the inconsistency is mainly with your left eye, and completing additional tests would be helpful in refining your EGN.
