I've been a client for over 5 years I come in once a year for new glasses. Every time I come in I get Jeannie. She is amazing,always willing to help. She knows how to fit in glasses that compliment you. She goes over all your options and makes sure your happy with your purchase. I would give 10 stars if I could. She is the reason I keep comming back. Customer service is so hard to get anywhere. To be fair the other ladies here are friendly but I prefer Jeannie. A big shout out and thank you for your years of helping me. I would also like to thank Tori from customer service. I was unable to write the review for Jeannie on line. Tori was friendly and explained what I needed to do I told her I tried and it did not work. Then I explained why it was important to me to write this review. Tori thought it was important to recognize Jeannie to. She posted the review to my email. I fill she also went out of her way to help me. So a big thank you Tori!!!! KUDOS TO EYEMART. You really do care about your customers, I hope you acknowledge these employees for there customer service and truly caring

I just had to take a second to give a rave review about Cinnamon. We went in to pick up my daughter's glasses, which Elizabeth helped us order & also did a great job, Cinnamon commented on my glasses. I told her that a few weeks back that a lense popped out & that the lab was able to heat up my frames so that the lense wouldn't pop out. After mentioning this she immediately ordered me a new pair of frames & lenses. She felt, and I agreed, that although functional, the glasses had lost their integrity. Thank you Cinnamon. I appreciate you & your work ethic is the reason my family will continue to use Eyemart Express!! We love you too, Elizabeth!

Placed the order yesterday and in the mail today! Waiting to see when it will arrive. Thank you Oops my mistake, said on its way, only a shipping label was made. Glasses have not shipped.

It was pretty easy to search and order glasses. They have great styles to choose from. The virtual PD measuring tool was easy to use. My order came in a timely manner, and was well packaged.

Was amazed at how good the quality and the lenses were. Came in a timely fashion. Only downsize is that they need a little adjusting on my face. Hope to do that when I am in Reno. Great price, great service!

Great in store customer service.

Michelle provided great service helping me utilize my insurance to my best benefit. I was only replacing lenses and she advised I could use the eyemed discount plan instead of filing and using my benefit. I can use my benefit for my new glasses.

They have a wide assortment of frames at decent pricing.
