Reasonable cost and quick service

I had Mary Beth in the Terre Haute Indiana store. She helped me with picking out my frames as well as being kind to me. I got a new pair of glasses the same day. I was so relieved, I had left my only other pair in Florida. I looked for Gizmo the dog I use to see from past purchases and he’s passed. They haven’t replaced him yet I’m sure they will. I look forward to buying more Eye-mart express glasses and seeing another like Gizmo in my future in Terre Haute Indiana.

Bend, Oregon store. Excellent experience all around! My wife and I both had appointments and got glasses. We both have the same observations detailed below. The doctor was thorough and allowed plenty of time, not at all rushed. MaryMarie (M&M) was by far the best optician I have worked with in my half century of wearing glasses. She taught me more about appropriate frame sizes in 3 minutes than all previous providers combined. She took special care in all measurements such as pupil distance and location of bifocal line height. She understood insurance benefits and how to maximize the realized benefit for the customer. If all employees are trained and expected to provide such excellent customer service we can expect to be long term customers of Eyemart. Note: We were initially called by a newer optician who said she was not familiar with our insurance. She passed us to M&M. Knowing your limitations is also a part of excellence. The only downside, which they recognize, is that they are short-staffed so wait times tend to be long. That said, they do not rush customers, choosing instead to take the time needed and make each customer feel like the most important person in the world at the time.
