I ordered my glasses online because it was a great offer. My order was done very quickly and shipped to me. Unfortunately, I did not notice that I ordered the frame with nose pads. Usually, I do not have them. I went to the nearest office, in Boise, and they kindly agreed to exchange my glasses for new ones. My new glasses were ready in 46 minutes! A huge Thank you to the company and the staff for being so accommodating and understanding. I've been getting my glasses done with this company for many years and wouldn't trade them for another one. THANK YOU!

I'll only ever order from eye mart Express, yes it's a little more expensive than those super cheap online glasses ordering websites. But far less expensive than ordering at your eye doctor's office. And the quality is so much better than any online cheap place
