I really enjoyed my complete experience at eye mart express. Angelica was very helpful and patient while I was digging too find my quote for frames and prescription. Both the Optometrist and Optician teams were great! No problems with my insurance and even though both sides were busy, response times were very good. Dr. Coombs made sure I got a needed diabetic eye exam. Shoutout to Amber with helping me with ordering new lenses for my existing frames. Saved me lots of money! Great shop all around!

I got new glasses plus I ordered reading glasses online. The prescription seems fine. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover Eyemart Express, so I went to another business for glasses that were covered by my insurance. I had so much more trouble with the second experience. It is over an hour to drive to where these businesses are located and I have to arrange transportation. I am 78 and have a complicated prescription. I'd rather pay out of pocket for good glasses than have them covered by insurance and be unsatisfactory.
