No communication. People in the store are cranky and slow. Follow up a few days later. I received a reply from Eyemart Express asking me to call them so that “they can make it right”. I called and no one was able to have a conversation about my specific experience. Another example of horrible communication and wasting my time.

Shipping documents cut 3 days ago. USPS still waiting for item from you. Cutting shipping document is not the same as actually "shipping" the item.

Placed the order....been waiting 2 days for an updated tracking number.....

Advertising is misleading on posters displaying sale purchasing saying "2 pair of progressive glasses". But no mention of not applicable if you han insurance. Even after saying why you were there and spending the time to pick out rims.

Got a mailing with a "50% off 1 complete pair" with an online purchase. I made my online purchase, which was much slower and more complicated than expected, and when I got to checkout and entered the code EYESAVE50 it turned out the discount was about 8%, not 50% as advertised. On a $200+ pair, the discount was only $17. I felt cheated and deceived. I needed the glasses, so I went ahead with the purchase and hope to get them today or tomorrow. I also emailed the "contact us" email address to complain about this FALSE ADVERTISING and say I want the rest of the 50% back, and that I'm sufficiently upset about being cheated that I'll take it to Facebook to flame this out as far as I can if you don't make this right. So I hope a human reads this and will make it right pretty soon!

Yeah won’t be returning and definitely going to spread the word about the eye Dr. Michelle valella snapped my head off when my five year old was in the chair. My daughter was struggling to convey what a specific letter was and the doctor kept flipping the lens but that wasn’t the issue, she simply couldn’t identify that particular letter on cue. So I asked her if she knew what the letter was and the doctor snapped my head off and said “don’t interrupt me!” That’s my kid. I’ll interrupt you whenever I want to. It’s my actual job to advocate for her. I was contacted by the office manager who made an offer for a discount on a future purchase after hearing about this incident. I accepted the offer for myself, not for my children for a contact lens consultation. I received a phone call today from the office manager stating that the doctor refused to see me if the Google review remained online. If I removed the review, she would be willing to see me. I canceled the appointment. The doctor has done nothing to remedy her own relationship with me, and trying to bribe me to remove the review prior to seeing me again is gross. All of the ick from this doctor, not sure who is willing to be bribed or if that ever works, but it’s not me.

My RX was entered incorrectly by staff online and marked as expired. Not a fan of all the extra work I am having to do with the store locally!!! I still don’t have correct glasses that I can wear!
