WOW! Within the same week both pairs of my fiance's glasses broke. Suddenly it was emergency time. I checked the website and the store was open on a Saturday. We brought the glasses in and we met Clarisse. She started working on both pairs of glasses right away. She got both pairs of glasses up and running in no time! She was professional, hard working, and just truly kind! I have been a manager now for 29 years and I know it is the PEOPLE that make the difference in any business. I delayed the process because I forgot to send my prescription with my online order. I checked my email in the afternoon and saw the "on hold" notification. I sent a photo of the Rx sometime early to mid afternoon, and they STILL shipped them the same day. The Customer Service is above and beyond.
