Been using Eyemart Express for years. I got a wild hair and decided to order some glasses online. The kind that darken in the sun, because I’m tired of having regular and sunglasses when driving or fishing. Well, it’s not really explained too well that they don’t get very dark (while sitting on a lake in direct sunlight) and oh, they don’t darken at all while driving because your windshield blocks the UV rays that activate the darkening molecules. So…now I pretty much have an extra pair of overpriced regular glasses. I knew I should have gone in person.

Frame is crooked. One side of the nose piece is bigger than the other.

The communication was lacking some and the time is getting a little long, no communication to give me an idea when it may come.

It took 2 weeks to get an order with no updates or tracking

I tried to make a purchase instore after seeing the online offer of half off and buy one get one for instore and had issues, first they said my prescription wasn't valid because part of the picture cut off the Drs Signature. Secondly, I asked if I could at least get a quote, she quoted me for one pair just over $300. I was confused and showed her that the one I had in my cart on my phone was around $150 with all the same options. Confused at first she stated that it must just be an online thing and they only offered the buy one get one. I was under the impression the 50% sale and the buy one get one worked together as I'm in desperate need of prescription sunglasses for driving and progressive lenses for everyday stuff. Disappointing to say the least.

Went to your local store. Was quoted around $700. No one mentioned the online sale going on. Fortunately I checked and found a much better deal. Very poor customer care.

I ordered the same frames and had the same brown color change in the sun. These glasses are different than the store ones somehow. These were $169 at a half-off sale online and the ones in the store were over $500 w/o insurance. I'm sure there must have been some premium in the store that was not offered online. These ones have a lot of blurry spots I need to overcome. These will be a spare pair if I break my good pair until I get in and buy a new pair.
