The eye doctor rents a space from Eyemart Express for his independently owned and operated practice. Eyemart Express prompt on line to "schedule an appointment", never goes to Dr. Shah's office. Everyone knows this, but no one is willing to fix the problem. If you schedule online, you will never get a confirmation email, and you will never get the appointment time you booked. Makes zero sense.

Be prepared to wait a long long time. They need a better system or take care of customers by reservation. Lenses scratched and not as durable as the should be. Bought the scratch resistant and they are not. I’ve been an eye glass wearer for over 40 years and these are the only eyeglasses I have ever scratched. Will never buy from again.

Evidently my lenses don't match my prescription. My vision is worse with these eyeglasses than my 4 year old pair. Wasted my time & money.

I was not notified about issue with the prescription, who I upload when I order the glasses until the end of the day after I ordered. The site advertisement for next day delivery is false and misleading.

I took my glasses in to have them repaired..lady at counter said they needed new frame for the lenses she would havecto order them.i left the glasses there and told her to contact me when they were repaired. She said okay.she said she didn't need any money at that time.2 and a half weeks later ..no phone call or email.i call back.lady who answered said I never left them there.i must be mistaken. I was flabbergasted. My glasses have disappeared and they're calling me a liar.these people arrogant assholes.watch your property closely..they steal.

My Wife and I stopped by the Bangor, Maine store for new glasses. That was July 18 and today is August 14. We both ordered glasses that needed to be done outside the store. A week later our glasses arrived. Mine did not have Transitions and my Wife's did not have anti-glare. They were sent out again. On August 5 I received a text saying my glasses were ready. I call the store and ask them to ship me the glasses. They said they would. 9 days later and I still don't have them. I called the store asking where they were. The person I talked to said my glasses were still there and told me they would ship them out immediately. Now I wait more. I've never had such a hard time getting glasses. Today makes 30 days since I ordered new glasses. Still no glasses. I called AGAIN on the 13 and my glasses were still in store after I told them 2 or 3 times to ship them to me. They were shipped out and I got a tracking number. I got a message yesterday saying they had been delivered to my home. After work I check the mailbox and no glasses. I call the store again asking where they were sent. The address he had sent them to was not my address. Now I have no idea where the glasses are. I'm about to give up on them

This is for Lori, at the Hilliard Rome EyeMart in Ohio. Wow… My fiancé wanted to schedule an appointment for tomorrow for an eye exam. After submitting the request Lori from EyeMart called and left a VM letting us know he submitted the wrong insurance card.. well she thought she hung up.. Turns out Lori “can’t believe” that at 25 years old he doesn’t know how to submit his insurance. She then goes on to laugh to her coworker claiming “he must be on Medicaid” and “what is he just dumb”. I’m truly shocked that this lady talks this way about patients behind their back. Well Lori, if you must know he hasn’t had insurance since 18 years old and finally got a job that offers insurance to update his vision prescription. So sorry if he sent the wrong card to you. His glasses are literally broken and 7 years old.. it’s already nerve wracking trying to book an appointment when you haven’t had care for that long and now YOU just made it worse. So for anyone who reads this don’t book an appointment here if you have Medicaid, the staff will laugh behind your back and don’t even think about making a mistake if you’re 25 years or older, Lori will snicker with her coworkers about how “dumb” you must be. Truly disgusting behavior from Lori. Grow up.

Ordered and not even sure I even ordered the glasses all I have is the receipt for payment,,did heat from a tori but you can tell by the speech it was aAi, Not even after 4 00 $ if have. scammed !!!!! ????
