I lost my favorite pair of glasses right as I was about to take a trip. Distraught I began a quest of finding somewhere that had distinctive frames that could be done quickly. Lens Crafters ...no...but they did recommend Eyemart. Stanton Optical...no again but they too recommended Eyemart Express. So it finally sunk in, better try Eyemart Express. Upon arrival, I met Reba. She asked what I needed and what frames I was interested in. I wanted Nike frames, black. Reba pulled out two pairs. Her first pair was perfect! The rest of the set up for progressive lens was amazing. Her banter was infectious and her professional manner was welcoming. All this and my glasses were ready in an hour! WOW! There will be no other optical company in my future. Thanks to Reba and Eyemart I couldn't be happier. P.S. the price was amazing! Why go elsewhere!

Placing my order was easy on line. I received my glasses in 4 days and the prescription was perfect. I love my new glasses.

Store people showed me how to use online coupon for 50% discount. Seems like there should be an easier way to get the discount since it all nets out the same.

Just got glasses for my 3 year old who did not want glasses at all. Henrietta NY store was incredible. We went in over a week ago to try on some glasses and my daughter wasn’t having it. Staff was wonderful, specifically Dee and Danielle. After some time of prepping my daughter we went back in today and were able to order some. Everyone was wonderful again and helped my daughter to corporate by giving frozen stickers and telling her how cool her new hot pink glasses are. She has been wearing them with no argument since we got home which is hours now! I cannot thank them enough!!! Amazing experience for little kids!
