I've been going through a very difficult year as a single father raising two children—a 13-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son. Since last year, I've had to limit my work hours because elementary school now gets out at 2 p.m., and my kids come first. Money has been tight, I've lost family members, and my closest immediate family lives in New Mexico. On top of everything else, I lost my good pair of glasses and was left with a broken pair. Alizjah went above and beyond to find the one pair of frames his store had in inventory that would work for my replacement lenses. Because of his help, I can see again, drive safely, and continue doing everything I can to keep a roof over my family's head. With rent due and so many challenges right now, this truly gave me hope when I needed it most. I also want to thank Tara, who helped me the last time one of my kids accidentally broke my glasses. This is the second time Eyemart Express has saved me from a stressful situation, and both experiences have reminded me how much great customer service can mean when someone is struggling.
