My experience was GREAT!! I went in needing a pair of regular prescription glasses & a pair of prescription sunglasses. I left with just that! Tiffany (store# 146 Cincy, OH) was very helpful getting me what I needed at the best price available. I was very happy about that! The optometrist was on sight which made it easy for me to get an exam & afterwards, I picked out my frames. Dr. Fullenkamp was very informative during the exam and knew what he was talking about. I felt completely informed as to the status of my vision and completely trusted his recommendation. His staff was great as well. Both pair of glasses were finished same day in about an hour, and I left with what I needed. It was truly a "second to none" experience. If you live in that area of town, go see Tiffany or any staff member at Eye-Mart Express, they'll set you up for the best deal available for your needs.

Easy online ordering

I had occasion to go to the Holly location yesterday. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The gentleman who helped me Jin, was so friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional! Other staff at the location, Juan and Amy were also very friendly and an absolute pleasure! All and all my visit turned out to be a highlight of my day!
