I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Clark today. The entire staff was friendly and Dr. Clark is a joy. He always shares stories about himself which I enjoy. His exams are thorough and he explains what is going on with my vision. After he gave me my prescription, I worked with Tori who helped me with the frames I picked out. She explained everything, was very pleasant and made me laugh. The service I received from everyone today is why I return year after year.

Our initial visit wasn’t good, the tech said, let us know when you’re ready to order. She didn’t give any guidance re: name brand frames and sizing of frames. We got through it. Today, we went to pick up my dad’s frames. Dad is 90 and has difficulty walking. Dustin, the manager came out to our car and adjusted his frames for him while he stayed in the car. That was priceless. Kudos to Dustin for doing the right thing and taking excellent care of his customer.
