Fast convient service but frames were lighter than the readers I bought at Walmart. Guess that’s what happens when buying online.

The online selection of frames is great (almost too many). Menus are easy to understand and navigate. Only had one issue with online ordering. Eyemartexpress offers 50% off on online orders, but the website would not apply the discount and I could not find out why not from the terms and conditions? Next time I will go in-store and get the in-store discounts.

My online purchase experience was great so far due to the ease of being able to virtually try on most of the frames that interested me, then being able to enter my prescription, and then pay. The 50% sale was great as well. The only negative was there isn't any indication that a frame is out of stock or can't be virtually tried on before you click on a frame.

The website is easy to navigate, but when I zoom in on a pair of glasses and then want to go back to where I was at, it takes me back to the first page again. I was also nervous about the certain numbers they were requesting. When I did the screen thing I wasn’t sure what that was even for, but it gave me numbers none the less, but I had to remember the numbers because it didn’t automatically fill them in. So I had to do it twice, then I got numbers that were a little different than the first time. It was frustrating, and I hope my glasses are gonna be easy to see out of. I have singular vision, so it’s important that I can see clearly.

Good selection of eyewear. Fast processing. Confusion about online and in store sales.

I had some difficulty with the pupillary diameter, but otherwise a good experience. It was a bit upsetting that I couldn't use my discount, though.
