Ordered online and when I got the notification that I could get them picked up from store no one had them come to find out they need my prescription and emailed me but email was not from eyemart it was some personal information. I did not and will not open unknown email. Online service is horrible and so was the employee. The store manager was extremely exceptional on handling the issue. Boise id

I was very disappointed with the service. It took over an hour just to pick up my glasses. There must have been about 8-10 customers and four employees. In the middle of all the chaos, two employees get up and walk out for a break or lunch leaving only TWO people to take care of customers. One of the employees was suppose to be helping a customer but instead was just talking about personal things and spent over 45 minutes with this one customer. I will never again use eyemart or recommend them. I was very disappointed to say the least.

The shipment took longer than other orders to be delivered and there is something wrong with the lens in that the right vision field is blurred as if the bifocal is higher on the right than the left.

My frames are cute but the workers seem so rushed. I let her know my right eye les was off and had me looking to the side. She said come back in 30 days if it still gives you problems. How could it not??? I live out of town and the thought of going in again was a lot. I used insurance and paid $100 for glasses I can’t wear. I won’t go there again.

I'm pretty sure that my second pair of glasses that I got at the same time as the ones I wear, isn't right. The ones I'm wearing aren't even right! It took me too long to get used to these glasses. For my eyesight not changing much, it took me almost 2 weeks to get used to them and that's not normal for me. I never planned on ever going back except now I need scratches fixed. I'm going to take both glasses back and have them tested. I think the doctor made my eyesight worse

they have a great selection, but when I had to return glasses for warranty issues, it took forever to get them to respond, and then they were out of stock on my frames so I had to get a refund, which didn't help me out at alll.

The salesman said buy one get one free or you can get readers. I asked if I could get both and he said 'yes' but it turns out I got just the readers. I had never used prescription readers. I wear contacts, so I'll never use these. I could have gotten a free pair of glasses. Salesman didn't really go over things or explain things and my glasses were way overpriced and I had to wait 5 days to get them, not 24 hours.

My frame came loose from my glasses within a couple weeks of me wearing them. I drove 60 miles to a Eyemart to get them fixed, now the lens is cracked around the frame. I loved the how light they were but they are not worth the money.
