I haven't received my glasses yet. And I order them on August the 6th. Not even an update.

Eyemart in Bangor is the worst place to get glasses on the planet. First off their radio ad states they do exams. I hear it EVERYDAY while im working. So I drive all the way to Bangor (I live on MDI) to find they in-fact dont do exams at all. So I went to my normal eye doctor to get a new prescription as my last had expired. I went through all that to go all the way to Bangor again and get some glasses. Then when it comes to picking out frames, anywhere else when I say "Find something like the ones I have on right now, because im blind and when i try them on I cant see them" This joker grabbed me frames that where twice as big of lenses, goofy as can be, purposefully selling me a product I didn't want. Absolute scum if you ask me. They had ads all over the store offering high quality lenses, that they provided them the same day, and that it only took an hour. When I said I want the best of the best (anti glare, anti scratch, tansitioning, I work on the water, I NEED this stuff) THEY SAID NO, WE DONT STOCK THOSE. Like are you kidding? Why advertise them? I had broken my frames and tried to fix them myself and ruined them, so i was desperate. I asked for the best thing they can offer and theyre the worst lenses Ive ever had in my 23 years of wearing glasses everyday all day long. They're thick as hell, I can see my own eyes better than the world around me, and they do not at all line up with my pupils. After a month the world still looks like jello flopping around as I move through it. Their glasses are trash, not worth the time to go get, or the aggravation to order. Its also worth mentioning that they messed up my glasses, not once, but twice, and I was FIVE HOURS getting these glasses that they said would take ONE HOUR. The place is a complete scam, avoid at all costs.

I have yet to receive my glasses I ordered online.

Kinda bummed.... Got email saying glasses ready. Called store. Agent said frames not availabe and lenses not cut. Said would take at least week to get frames! A phonecall or text etc. would have been courteous letting me know. Third time there's been an issue with my online order at this store. Kinda bummed...

I ordered glasses more than 24 hours ago, and still have not received an email for expected delivery date. If I had gone to store would have had by now.

27 calls with no answer. Got thru one time told me lens were in and would be getting a text or email the next day..... nothing! a week later finally was able to get someone to go by there to check (i live 30 mins away) and the glasses were ready. Poor service and incompetent and won't go back.

I tried to book an eye exam on line and it would not allow me to. I went into the store and was informed that a person was at the desk but the doctor does not work Saturday's. I was going to set an appointment but was told it would be 10 days before they could get me in and I was told to try other companies in the area as they may be able to get me in sooner. I have been a customer for 6+ years as well as my wife and children. I guess they are to busy for me and I will take the advise given and shop elsewhere. I can't buy glasses on the old prescription. So long.

The company can be more constructive if the employees would let their customers know of new hours so that when we visit the store it isn’t closed 😡 my other kids have purchased multiple glasses and even contacts here . I wanted to use a coupon my son had given me but couldn’t because when we arrived they were already closed , I notified employee I was going prior but he didn’t tell me store was closing at 6 instead of 7 pm
