So easy to navigate this website! I ordered my prescription glasses and it was such a great experience. The website is laid out so that it’s user friendly with bright pictures and a ton of detail on the glasses. I didn’t know the distance between my pupils and they had a super handy link that worked great and gave me the measurement so I could continue my order. They have prices for everyone from super affordable to high end designer, great deals for ordering online, simple to upload or manually enter your prescription, and an easy checkout process. I was able to get two pairs for the price of one using their bogo sale online! I used my old frames for measurements so I’m confident what I chose will work great for me. A couple of weeks ago, I had an eye exam with Dr. Tonya at Fick Eyecare in Clarksburg. I needed to get new bifocals, and I popped in next door to Eyemart Express to get a quick ballpark of the cost. Michael K was very helpful giving the information I needed. Not having time that day, I told him I would come back yesterday, as I would be in the area. Michael smiled when he saw me come through the door. We discussed my likes and absolutley nots for the frames, then sat down to whittle through the possibles. He was very helpful sharing his opinion with the last few. He also shares the cost, and the savings if I got a second pair - which I did! Megan W. made my glasses, and they were both ready in about an hour! Michael adjusted them for me to achieve the perfect fit, told me how to care for them properly, found cases I liked, and I was on my way! The total time from walking in to leaving with a smile on my face was about 2 hours. I have had reading classes since I was in 9th grade, and bifocals since 10th grade. I have upgraded a few times over the years, and it was always with my eye doctor and glasses store. But I moved to this area recently, and knew no one. Meeting Dr. Tonya was a fluke, but it worked, and Fick Eyecare works with Eyemart Express. The two make a great team. 5 stars for Fick Eyecare and staff, and 5 stars for Michael K. and Megan W. I can now read again and look up and see clearly the world around me with my old fashioned new pairs of bifocals!
