Needed same day glasses for a DOT physical exam I had the next day. Was told if I ordered online and chose “pickup in store” that I would receive my glasses same day still. After ordering online I showed up to the store and they told me they never received an order from me. I called customer service and was told it can take up to 4 days for the order to show and for the glasses to be made and shipped. I had to continue to explain that I was in there store and made sure they had my frames and lens in stock before even ordering so that I could have them made same day…. After waiting around for hours I go back into the store and they tell me the order finally came through but they’re no having a hard time getting the lens in the frame and that they are now on a second pair of lens. Another hour goes by and I finally get my glasses. After using them for about a hour I realize that the lens are sticking out of the back of the frame and look worse than buying a pair of sunglasses from a gas station. They are shaved differently and uneven. Not to mention I paid extra for more expensive lens and these lens are worse than the cheap ones I had from Walmart originally. I had cheaper 80$ frames and lens from Walmart that was thin and completely even and looked amazing. I decided to go with eyemart express because of there Black Friday sale of 50% off I ended up ordering 320$ glasses due to them only being 160$ with the discount BUT wish I would just spent the 160$ at Walmart and got a better experience and better looking glasses. Moral of the story is if you absolutely need same day glasses this place will get you a pair same day. But don’t expect to love your glasses because they will NOT look good and will be blurrier than other lens.

The representative did not listen to the wants and needs of my son. She was only attempting to make a sale. I ended up having to order an additional pair online with the correct lenses!

Terrible experience trying to go and get glasses for my son. The associate helped me try to do an online order after it processed for the second time, they couldn’t find order to get glasses made. So I placed 2 orders at store and walked out with nothing. Just to get an email 2 hours later saying order was ready for pick up. I asked manager to call and see if he could see where my order went and he told me to look up number and call myself. Very disappointed as I have used them in the past to replace glasses quickly when my son has lost or damaged glasses.

I went there at 10am to pick up my new lenses and have them pop them in. When I arrived one of the workers was with a customer, another worker was sitting in a chair knitting. I was told by the worker with a customer I would be helped shortly. After standing there for 10 or so minutes, the worker knitting left to go get them coffee. The other lady was at the computer with the customer. I waited a bit longer and was not getting waited on. The worker had to go over to the doctor side to use their computer since she was having issues with a different computer. I waited but ended up walking out not getting help. I drove from a different town to pick up my lenses which should have only taken a minute or two. I’ve done that before and it was fast. But this time was uncalled for. I definitely will be going to a different eye place which is too bad because I’ve been coming to eye mart for decades. Very disappointed.

I took 3 try’s to this company to get a pair of glasses the first i was told at 6 pm “it’s to late for us to start making a pair of glasses he has already closed the machines” my 2nd try they had sold out of the frames I had picked out the last time I was there, so I waited a week and made my 3rd attempt which turned out to be an emergency situation, I ordered my glasses online to make sure the the order was in in time for them to start them before the lab closed and 30 mins later I got this confirmation “Thank you for your order! Our Lab Specialists are getting to work on your new glasses. You’ll get an update when they’re done.” When actually the store had not even received my order. I order them a little after 5 pm on 11-10 and they were finally ready at 1 pm on 11-11. I could understand if it was some complicated prescription but it was a plain Jane order for a simple single vision -3.75 lense. That 3rd at temp will be the last after buying 4 pairs of glasses there prior I had high hopes that it would continue to be a simple smooth process but all good things have to come to an end.

They advertised buy today ship tomorrow, 5 days later and still haven’t even shipped, never again

First day, unable to get my glasses due to staffing issues. Second day unable to get my glasses due to staffing issues again third day glasses still were not ready and I was told they would rush it and try to be ready in two hours at that point I had had enough Asked for a refund and to cancel all correspondence. Total of six hours wasted on my part plus total of 150 miles driving and still we’re not able to get my glasses.

I haven’t received anything yet
