My prescription was wrong at no fault of theirs but they helped me when I don’t think they had to went above and beyond and I will be going back as I have for years once I get a better exam

Today I took my 92-year-old mother to look at new frames to the center in Poland, Ohio. We were so impressed at the level of service! Lucy was so helpful in explains all the insurance coverage details. She was so respectful to both of us. And my mom walked out with 2 pairs of beautiful new bifocals in an hour! For a shockingly low price. Highly recommend this center!

This was my first time using Eyemart Express in Mason, OH. My contact was Courtney who was superb in every way possible. She helped me pick out frames for every day wear and sunglasses, was totally honest about the best looking frames for me, worked with me to get the lenses just right, and made minor fit adjustments all to my satisfaction. Courtney's people skills are over-the-top. She is so very friendly, has such a positive attitude, always has a smile on her face, she is the epitome of what customer service is to a customer. Courtney should be the manager of this store for she totally understands the words "customer service" and it IS the right customer service to a client that keeps one coming back. I never met her until I walked in the door. Eyemart Express, this woman should be rewarded for how she conducts her relationships with all clients. She gets a million gold stars from me.

Stacy is a very sweet and helpful person. Helped me decide on glasses and helped with glasses I could afford. She is bubbly and friendly.

Today I went to Eye Mart Express San Marcos,78666, and I felt very satisfactory. All the shop assistants and technicians were every enthusiastic, helpful, professional, and patient. They introduced to me the products carefully and answered my questions patiently. Technician Chris was very kind; when he found my glass frame was not quite right, he offered to help repair and adjust it. He really took efforts and time fixing my frame to my great satisfaction and charged me no money. What a lucky day I had! I just don't how to thank him enough. And it only took 40 minutes before my son's new glasses were ready to pick up. That's really a nice and quick job to my son's great satisfaction as well. The store is clean, quiet, tidy, and amicable. I would highly recommend this store to everyone who wants to have a pair of new glasses.

I took my prescription in to the Holly location. (Albuquerque). Briana was the sales person. She was patient, kind and knew her stuff. I was really pleased with the customer service. However, I first went to the Wyoming location. The person there didn't greet me, just gave me a plastic bin and said put all frames that I try on, in the bin. There was noone on the floor to help with questions. I am not kidding when I say it was a zoo. This location is terrible and I don't understand why management doesn't correct the problems. Especially when I see the many bad reviews.

I went into the Eyemart express in Birmingham, Al ( Hoover location) and John and the rest of the staff were absolutely AMAZING... The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. This was my first time there and I will be coming back as well as letting my friend and family know...

I went to the Eyemart Express in Spokane Valley today. The General Manger, Pat Jones waited on me. It was pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Pat was great! I explained what I needed, and he was very helpful by explaining what they had to offer and the new technology in lenses which was exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. I will be recommending him and his company to all my friends and family members!
