I utilized Eyemart Express #2 in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, 1-19-24. Claudia helped me - explained everything in great detail so I could make a choice as to how I wanted to order my glasses. I chose the two pair, no line bifocals option. She was very patient, answered every question, I placed my order and received a text in a little over 30 minutes that the glasses were ready. Very, very pleased with the whole experience. Went back today (01-23) and had tint added to one pair and it was done in about 20-25 minutes. Claudia and Hannah were there today. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend Eyemart Express #2....

They have wonderful customer service. Edwin and Tera are exceptional at the Eyemart on Pennsylvania by Memorial in OKC. I have sent several people there, and everybody has been very satisfied. Edwin went above and beyond to help me with my broken frames with no charge and was so nice and friendly. You could tell he enjoys helping people. Hard to find great service anymore!

I have a special needs son that I take to Eyemart to get his glasses he loves to talk.People usually ignore him but Nina talked to him and still was able to get our order put in in a timely manner. Nina was very helpful very polite. We will always remember our experience with her. She made my sons day! Thank you Nina keep up the good work.

I would like to express my appreciation to Western Hills Eyemart Express for such fantastic service. All the girls working there, Sarah, Dea, and another young lady who's name I didn't get. I use the Eyemart location in Ft. Collins, CO. The manager is Mabel Isle and she had been very easy to work with in dealing with the warranty. I live in Wyoming and enjoy alot of out doors activities and shenanigans. I think the people are the difference for this location.

I now realize they have been short handed. I won’t go into a lot of detail, but was in Marion EyeMart on Tuesday afternoon, Stacy, the manager, had the day off. There were two employees at the time, very nice, but could not take care of the problem. I was told I would be gotten in touch with first thing on Wednesday, they were extremely busy that day, I was told. I called at 1:30 and then again at 5:30 still couldn’t speak with Stacy. I did write a bad review and now I’m sorry, we don’t always know what others are going through. Stacy did call Thursday afternoon and everything was take are of and I picked up my new glasses today.

Went to the one in Sioux Falls, SD, the staff were friendly and came to assist right away. Picked out the frames I wanted, he marked them for bifocal placement, took them to the room where they assemble them, had them in about half an hour, cost $77.91. I've never gotten my glasses that fast, most places send them out to make and it takes 2-3 weeks, plus cost $200.00+.

I have purchased glasses at the Rocky Mount store several times and always had a good experience. Rebecca has helped me the last two times, and she has been awesome. She has great interpersonal skills, and she is quick and knowledgeable. Thanks Rebecca!
