My wife schedule an appointment 3 weeks out to be turned away when arriving. She arrived with a 4 month old and was told that only one person can see the doctor at a time even tho they accept 7 year olds with guardians and others that need translators . Laura from Mason Montgomery location is on a power trip and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Did not get the frame I ordered; instead got a pair of sunglasses I could not see out of because they were too dark. The prescription was blurry. Paid appx $65-70, got back appc $10 in refund.

The eye glasses are the wrong prescription and the frames were deformed. I asked the store employee in Corpus Christi, TX why they didn’t use my most recent prescription on file and she said the eye express online has outdated files. She was extremely rude and said it was not her problem since I purchased glasses online. She said she cannot remake glasses because my recent prescription is outdated since September 2025 and legally cannot make them. This information was not provided on online website. Very rude lady!

Did not do the lens right

I went into the westnige store to get my 80 yr old Mom glasses adjusted on 12/16/2025 they were busy but I wanted get mom done she was tired so I went to counter to see I could ask if they get her nxt . from no where this lady turned around I believe name by Amy homely woman says u will wait your turn ther are no favors here don't like it take it somewhere else understand. I was in shock this is the most rude of a woman I have ever encountered in this line of work I said ok got mom left she says BYYYYEEEEhave a good life I immediately called my attorney if this trouble girl is disaplin in right way and fired I will make sure this experience was awful I don't recommend any one go to this store as long as that trouble lady ther terminated she really needs to be she very awful person she has no business with customer service julie

I ordered a pair of glasses online. I was very disappointed. There were nothing like I thought there would be even after virtual try on very disappointed

I went to get glasses and wanted 2 pairs as I normally get 2. I needed 1 pair immediately as mine broke in car accident the second pair was no rush. I picked 1 frame & hadn't decided on 2nd frame, the associate had me pay for 1st pair to get them done before closing. Sooo that means 2nd pair not free with coupon as the 2nd pair would be a new transaction & it can't be applied to previous transaction... I'm still at the store hadn't left, had a few frames in my hand trying to pick 2nd pair when he insisted I had to pay before he would get the lenses basically. So no 2nd pair for me. He didn't ask of offer to adjust when he gave them to me, I didn't think of it as I was excited to see again! I realized that it appeared he gave me the display frames as he didn't pull a new pair out at any point & I wiped off some goo from the stickers after I left. Well they just fall off my face constantly so I will have to go back ugh. He seemed annoyed with me as I had asked if another associate was there working that had always been helpful previous visits for the last couple of years. He said he no longer works there & that was it but apparently he was bothered with us asking & treated us poorly but we watched him all nice & helpful to anyone else. I don't know their work issues but apparently I said something wrong without knowing so it made this visit terrible & will consider other places going forward now.

Arrived just a few minutes late for my so sons 5:20pm appointment to find the doors locked and a sign that they close at 6pm. Employee inside holds up a finger to tell us to wait (since I tried to open the locked door). Employee comes to door and states that they no showed our appointment because they have to close early and, as she looked at her watch, 5 minutes late. She then mentioned that our patient paperwork wasn’t complete, which is BS because I had sent them a screenshot of their own website not loading the patient paperwork earlier in the day. Its also worth mentioning that I had left my sons award ceremony earlier just to go to this stupid appointment. There was another lady who arrived the same time as me and they did let her in, but she wasn’t there for an appointment just to pick up glasses. This is the last straw on bad service for me.
