The online process was easy to use and very helpful in providing the necessary information for my new glasses. They have not yet arrived but I am anxious to receive them. Sadly my glasses arrived and after making the decision spare no expense and to invest in their best quality titanium frames and Ultra HD lenses the lenses fell out on the first polish w a cloth. Local store stated that lenses were cut too small and they would make new ones. Very disappointing and Nothing since. A

You got my eye prescription wrong! I told you I got my eye prescription at one of your stores in Kansas City and you assured me that you would take care of it but you didn't!

Order two pairs at the same time only got one pair so far everything about it is wrong.

I still have not received my order and your tracking system is not user friendly.

Trash such a hassle rude

Ordered some glasses and when I received them the prescription was wrong so I took them back and they fixed them so I thought. Was still having problems but thought I just needed to give it time. Had an eye exam(somewhere else) and they checked prescription in glasses and it's wrong. Contact eye mart and they told me to fix it I would have to pay out of pocket and couldn't find the hard copy that they had.

Lenses were not what I ordered .Will be returning

I bought my glasses from Eyemart in Onalaska. I dropped my glasses on Chestmas Eve and they broke. I wear trifocals, so this was very unfortunate situation, I cannot see and had to wear my prescription sunglasses, which only have long distance for the prescription. I went into the Eyemart store on Friday December 26th, stated I needed an appointment and asked if they could do a temporary fix on the glasses so I could see. The person at the desk told me it was "illegal" in the state of WI to repair glasses. Eyemart, in your orientation you should have your employees read your website, where it clearly states you fix glasses. I will never step foot in an Eyemart again and I will tell my story over and over again
