Ease and convenience

The price was the most important and yet the website was also easy to navigate. Only problem I came across was trying to see everything that I added and wasn't able to add.

Due to the nature of my prescription, customer support was required to sort things out. Everything was taken care of very quickly and I received my new glasses within a couple of days. Overall, I am delighted with the glasses and the online service.

I would like to revise my review of Eyemart that I left a few weeks ago… So Jessica kudos to you I haven’t taken off my glasses since I left you. They are so so much better and I wish it hadn’t taken this long to do so so I went from a one star to a five star Thanks, Jessica

After ordering my own pair of glasses online and calling customer service a second time to order my daughter a pair of glasses. The online experience was exceptional yet again. I wish however I could give the same type review for the store here in town. I went into the store with 2 things in mind. The first was to adjust my own and look go over some things possibly about my own glasses and the second was to get exact specifics for the pd for my daughters glasses so I could order them online with the current memorial day promo going on. My story is subsequent for my own pair as far as adjustments but will say it did leave me a little questionable about how future adjustments or any other issues i may have with my own glasses especially with the costs of the frames alone and wondering if i wasted $50 on the insurance i paid for. My main issue with the local store however is when I asked for help with a pd for my daughter. We didnt need an eye exam as we had the prescription from her eye doctor but it didnt have the pd on it for her. We asked just for that and the response from the staff was they would not since we werent buying from the store. That makes no sense to me that they would not do that even with me buying from eyemart express online. It's the same company. Our reason for not buying from the store itself was because the store was saying you had to buy 2 pairs of glasses for their instore promo. My daughter didnt need 2 pairs...we just needed one pair for her and the store was not doing the same promo for a pair of glasses as eyemart express online. Needless to say we left very unhappy with the experience. Thankfully I was able to get her pd over the phone from our eye doctor and called the online customer service and your rep in texas was very patient and very helpful with the buying experience. Thank you so much for that. With all that said I am unfortunately very reluctant and hesitant to even deal with my local store now and sadly the next closest eyemart express store is minimum 60 miles away almost. I greatly appreciate the online customer service and experience and can only hope my faith in the actual store here can be renewed. 5 stars hands down for online ordering and online phone customer service. Please keep up the good work and you have my referral without hesitation for the online ordering side of things
