I just came in for a repair for a bent arm joint on my frames. With the 1 year warranty we had to replace them with the same pair. The associate that helped me, Dynasty, was super prompt and helpful. Immediately asked what we needed help with and got to work trying to repair the old frames. When that didn't work we had to look up the serial number or whatever and the line was discontinued and only one pair left but Dynasty was determined, as was I to find them because I really love these frames. She was checking the closed drawers under the wall as well and we thankfully found them over on the wall of men's frames and quickly changed out the lens. Finally Dynasty let me try and readjust the tightness of the arms until it was the right fit!! Thanks so much for the help

Ordered on online and it was available the same day. Such a great service. Went into the store to pick them up and they made sure that the fit was right. Highly recommend.
