Easy and friendly to follow steps to order your glasses. Lack of options to chose.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Sep 1, 2022
Hi Carlos, thank you for the feedback. We definitely appreciate hearing this and will take this into consideration going forth. Please note that some companies limit the selection to their employees for safety and company policies. That may be the reason why the selection seemed limited. Thank you.

There are some technical terminologies I couldn't find in my prescription so I sent you my latest prescription to use as a reliable reference for OP value which I put64 just to be able to process my form.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Aug 19, 2022
Hi Aliashraf, I will let customer service know and thank you for letting us know. This can change your prescription and the order of your safety frames since the value is not an actual value. They may be in touch. You can always reach out to customer service and opticians, they are able to assist you with your orders. Thank you.

It was pretty easy. It was hard though to see where I actually add my presciption and PD on the site

Ordering was no problem. Selection is Poor. My old glasses are pretty beat up after 2 years, I wish you would go back to yearly.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Aug 10, 2022
Hi Patrick thank you for letting us know about your experience with our platform and program. We appreciate the feedback. It is possible that the selection seems poor is because your company has limited the selection available for safety and company policies. If your safety glasses are not in proper working order prior to the 2 years please call our customer service and we will can see what can be done, there are always options and we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. Thank you.

Very easy to use website and good prices. However, it would be nice to have a larger selection of eyewear including non-plastic frames.

It would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to log out & log back in a few times because it would stop showing the pic with the glasses on.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 25, 2022
Hi Penny, I am sorry to hear this. I will definitely let tech support know there was an issue with the log in. We do have a feature that it automatically logs you out after no use is detected for security reasons. But this should not happen as you are using the system. Thank you for letting us know.
