Hello Jason. We appreciate your feedback. After reviewing your orders; the respirator and glasses orders were cancelled due to the prescription not being uploaded correctly. The optician sent two emails in May but never heard back. If your prescription is still current, you can upload the full document and resubmit your order. Please make sure the expiration date and doctors office is visible. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your review.

Hello. Sorry to hear about your frustrations. If you have additional questions regarding your safety glasses or benefit; please reach out to [email protected]. Eyelation doesn't set the benefit allowance for each company; some company's cover frame and lens 100% for the employees. We are actively working with companies/admins to try to get them to increase employee safety allowances. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you!

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. Every employee will receive a confirmation email when an order is placed. Once an optician is processing the order; that's when employees get notifications of what additional information is needed. When you get your new prescription; you can just email it to the optician that reached out and they will process your order. Thank you!
