Hi Enrique, thank you for the feedback. We require a picture so that we can measure your glasses using your picture and PD measurement. It also allows you to virtually try them on. Many customers find that helpful to see what they will look like before purchasing them.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. I see your order was placed on the 17th and is currently being processed.
