Through my employer, eyelation was onsite taking orders and giving prescriptions for protective work eye wear. I needed to get an eye evaluation so per the visit instructions I made an appointment. At the time of my appointment nobody was present in the conference room they had set up. All their equipment was out on the table, but the eyelation people were not present. There was no sign or anything with information on how long they would be gone for, or where or why they had left. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, with other co-workers (who had appointments after mine) showing up confused as to what was going on, going back and forth between the conference room and my work station. Finally the eyelation crew showed up saying that they had gone to lunch, seemingly not having paid attention to the appoinment sheet. They were also rude and gave off an irritated vibe. Three months later I received my order (no thanks to my employer, the box indicates the glasses were delivered on time but my company never told me where or how to pick them up), and the order is wrong, with the 30 day return period having already passed, and I have absolutely no desire to call and complain or have anything to do with eyelation anymore, at all, because ugh.

The actual kiosk/booth in our facility rarely ever works correctly. You actually have try over and over again to get it to scan a prescription and wait forever for it to load to get to order your glasses. Sometime you just have to log out and log back in two or three times to get it to work. I spent over an hour just trying to get to where I could order glasses. New updated equipment is needed for your Kiosk .
