Kiosk pad issue.
Kiosk pad kept failing to take a picture of my prescription for several tries, then finally did while I was on hold waiting for the customer service to answer the phone. The picture finally was able to take and get accepted before customer service answered the phone so I ended the service call.

Good fast and friendly service
All my experience was from beginning to end good, fast and friendly service. Setting up the appointment was simple and fast, almost immediately I received a confirmation and a reminder of the appointment was sent to me a day earlier. Once, I got to the site, the people were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Ordering was also easy and I was clearly explained what was the cost and the amount covered by my insurance. Additional options were explained in detail. It really was a good service. Thank you

Please know that some companies do limit the selection available to their employees as per their company and safety policies. This may be the reason the selections seemed limited. Thank you.

Technical issue with website
Had a technical issue with the coating selection not showing in cart during checkout. Removed items in cart, and returned to the initial homepage to restart the order. That cleared the issue, and I was able to proceed. Still a very user friendly process, regardless.
