Vision is an important topic on a daily bases, hard to trust a simple tablet that your glasses will be set correctly, you cant try them on if they are comfortable to you, most people like me are not optical expert, then i have to wait until they arrive hoping they are right, if not the beginning of shipping back and fwd. before, here was different, was one on one and no money out my pocket and very happy, this was a very poor decision on Airbus, if I'm paying for something I expect a good customer service like it should be and not to deal with a robot. You sent a representative that was sick. I had a cold last week, and I don't want to have another cold after this appointment. Please make sure you send healthy people. She wasn't even wearing a mask and probably was in the worst phase of her cold. Besides that, both representatives very helpful.

Update as of 01 Nov 2023: Received my Order on 25 Oct 2023- ordered glasses came with one lens having a scratch! Contacted Customer support with 2 emails (one on 26 and other on 30th October) to get shipping label for repair or replacement. Till today 01 Nov 2023 there is no reply from the customer support, no email no phone call - should be a fairly simple matter with no more than a day delay of simple return back to customer. Phone called today to follow up and nobody answering the call - voicemail left with details but why should I expect a return call? Not sure what is the standard response time on the reply for the problematic order. Original review: Prescription safety frames choices are very limited. The frames pricing is expensive to start with – compared similar frames cost to another online retailers. Lenses options ,coatings pricing is higher than other competitors. At the end could have gotten a better deal at other online retailers.

The system on the computer doesn’t allow for changes for shipping information. And it’s going to ship my glasses to Georgia. Then they will be shipped to Cadiz Ky where I’m at. It’s ridiculous that changes can’t be made. It also makes it difficult for the Safety manager. You need to get these issues fixed.
