The return process is going good so far. I could not see good with my first pair of safety glasses. So I had to send them back and I am now waiting for my replacement pair with a new prescription. Also, since I am only allowed to send back once within 30 days I am really hoping they work for me.

Hi Frank, I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we do need all the information to make your custom prescription safety glasses. We do have an online PD reader now that will take those measurements.

Knowledgeable people, helpful in selecting frames. I had to ask to have PD and SH measured by hand, to make sure these measurements were correct.
