Hello Rusty. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize your frame choices aren't larger. Unfortunately, your company chooses what frames we are allowed to offer to their employees. We do reach out often to try and update the selections; we will pass this recommendation along. As for the shipping date, it is impossible for us to give an accurate ship date for each order because the lenses are customized for each individual. Turn around times vary depending on the prescription, lens options and upgrades, and frame availability. You will receive a notification when the glasses ship, with a tracking number.
