Original prescription was rejected, had to order a second prescription to "qualify". Then it still wasn't completed. Emailed customer service, they never responded to requests for status updates. Eventually had to find the service number buried on website only to have them not be able to tell why it was still delayed. To date only Eyewear has "shipped" (label created so technically that hasn't actually shipped yet) and safety shoes are still in limbo. Months to get safety equipment is INSANE.

Hello Gregory, Thank you for your reply. Your order was placed on 08/03. An email was sent to you on 08/04 letting you know we needed an actual prescription, not an invoice /order from another company. We did receive another Rx from you on 08/11 missing exam dates, Dr. name and signature. Unfortunately we do have to have all of those items. Glasses are made to an actual prescription just like any prescription for medication. We did receive that from you on 08/25 and we processed your order. Your order was shipped on 09/09 and is in transit to you. We do apologize for the delays. We hope your new safety glasses work well for you. Unfortunately turn time on shoes is 3-4 weeks generally. Your order has been processed. However, has not been shipped. -Team Eyelation

I think the placement of the progressive's lens were done incorrectly. I can not see very well. have to move them around my face to see through them.

This feedback is about the on-site service at Blue Origin 08/25 1PM. Upon getting my last pair of glasses (computer only) I had a difficult time using the glasses without getting dizzy. I brough the glass to the in person appointment (at 2 PM, but I was really early), hoping to understand why the glasses isn't working, and resolve the issue either by updating the current glasses or getting a new pair. The service tech was very rude and impatient with me. Basically saying I don't know what I am talking about, and it's the prescription's problem, the doctor's problem, anything but the glasses' problem. Which might be true, but his attuite was awful. I gave him another set of prescription (progressive) and ask him that maybe this will work better with a different frame that I had picked out. He told me that frame doesn't matter and proceeded to input the new order with no further question for me what-so-ever (coatings? other add-ons?) So, I have NO IDEA what I would be getting in the mail (since the glasses isn't delivered yet). Other co-workers had the same issue with the same tech. He was rude to a lot of people.
