Took several months to send out. Placed my order last year in November, I even provided my prescription. Never received an update regarding my order. Had to reach out for updates several times. Oakbrook Optometry is a lot better. Yea that is the problem. I submitted my prescription last year (2023) but my order was not submitted til February (2024)....

Waited over 40 min just to order my glasses & they didn't even ask about the boots, as that would have put them farther behind. Should have had an extra person helping out with the ordering of glasses or the shoe portion. Frankly I saw no extra benefit for what was provided today. Small selection from what is at my normal eye Dr. I did not get anything extra with my glasses, when they finished & I had to pay. I was under the impression that everything was included?
