Great Selection That Was Almost Never Seen

Being able to upload a photo, and to get an idea of how the glasses would look on me, was great. It's one of the concerns that made me apprehensive about purchasing online. The site is great, but I was wanting to build several pairs of glasses before weighing my options based on price comparisons. Unfortunately once a pair is built, the benefit is waved, and the price of the frames increases dramatically. It's not big deal, but still slightly inconvenient. It would be nice to build several pairs of glasses with the benefit price of the frames in a separate area from the Cart, in order to comparison shop. Also, the only way to see your selection is to obtain a voucher from our administrative assistant. Once we have the voucher, we're kind of stuck with your selection whether we like it or not. This pushes a lot of our employees to first go to a store like Lens Crafters. If they see something they like at the store, they will get a voucher for the store, and never get to discover what they could have purchased through your site. It would benefit us as consumers and you as a business, if we could see the selection prior to obtaining a voucher. Your site is great, and your selection is so much better than what I saw at our local Lens Crafters. It would be a shame for our employees to miss out, just because they THOUGHT they found the perfect frames at a store.

The Tech was very knowledgeable about the product and was patient when explaining the procedure.
This was a new experience for me and I thought the presentation was through. The Tech helped me to understand what they were going to do and what I could expect after my glasses arrive.

Great and affordable service...
The personalities of the team were great. Relation to costs awesome. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices on the glasses brought to try on. I do understand that the technician traveled by plane to get here though.
