It's a pain using the kiosk system at work. A main reason so many employees pay for their work glasses out of pocket.

what went wrong is you cant try them on you cant see how much they weigh the whole idea just sucks and your prices went up but our allowance did not so what used to be free now cost a bunch

First pair of lenses were horribly wrong. Sent them back. The replacement glasses were different frames that I did not select and the lenses are better, but still not right. The workmanship is very shoddy. Absolutely would not use this service if not forced to use it by our company.

i was thinking of just doing reading glasses since I work on the computer and in the shop writing stuff of a list, but that wasn't a option unless I do bifocals or progressive lenses. I called and left a message, did the chat, and did the email. No response on anything. I ended up getting single lenses. I will see how they are when they get here. Since my company has people that work in the field and others that work in the office and shop single and some times reader are best. I will see when they get here if I should report this up to my company that is in almost ever state. Maybe there is someone with better customer service.

I would give zero stars if it were possible!! The website is the worst ever!!! It doesn’t even tell me if my order is processing or that it’s even been received!!!! Let alone the status!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!!
