Ordenar mis lentes de seguridad en la web fué complicado por estar en inglés y porque no encontré como cancelar lo que agregué por error, afortunadamente la persona que me atendió por correo electronico es muy eficiente, no sólo canceló lo que yo no quería, también me arregló algo que yo ni siquiera había notado. En cuanto al envío seria muy conveniente que mandaran información del envío... como en que fecha podría llegar sin tener que entrar yo a su web, eso sería muy conbeniente ya que me han robado paquetes de Amazon en 2 ocasiones, agreguen la opción de que el cliente deje instruciones de entrega, por ejemplo el personal de Amazon ya deja mis paquetes detrás del arbusto que está al lado de la puerta (para prevenir robos). Gracias y espero que tengan forma de traducir mis comentarios.
