Eyelation didn’t include on the lens what the Eye doctor prescribed even after a call was made to let them know my work would pay for it.

I couldn't see out of the glasses. I got new ones this year with the astigmatism put in and I can see through those.

This is the second year I've tried to get prescription safety glasses with absolutely no luck. I would advise hiring an optometrist to come check our eyes. I had a current prescription last year that was not accepted and when I call my optometrist they won't give me a copy of my prescription because they said it's expired. I'm tired of trying top jump through hoops to get a pair of safety glasses I can see through. I'll add I swore I would not give y'all a second chance but I did and here we are, still wearing glasses that I can't see clearly through.

Selection of safety shoes is extremely limited and of that selection even some they say are in stock are not, and they do not inform you of that until after you purchase the shoes. Do not provide tracking numbers unless you reach out and ask for them. Returns require you to reach out and request one and they don't reset any credit you might have through your company without harrassment. Even went as far as emailing me to tell me they had reset the credit, when they didn't. Lead times on safety shoes are terrible, takes weeks to receive them.

I ordered glasses while the doctor was here but needed to see my eye doctor for an updated prescription. Once I got it I tried to send it but they cancelled my order and charged me for the glasses. Now I am trying to order the same pair of glasses and it wants to charge me an additional fee, after I already paid. Plus, this fee is more than my original order.
