Mostly good with a few negaatives.
The biggest downside for me personally is not being able tor try the frames in person to be sure the fit is right and the lens area suits me. Also, one of my favorite frames, the Bolle, was no longer offered. The prices are reasonable and the online shopping experience is OK, maybe a bit larger selection of frames would be good.

It was a great process
It was a great process, but stumbled thru uploading picture and had to actually call the company. Of course, the person we talked to was very helpful and he was able to get us headed in the correct direction. His name is Damien and also don't be afraid of putting the phone on the web site.

The process was a little frustrating…
The process was a little frustrating having to get a script and download it to my account. The process took longer than I expected, but I was finally able to place my order. Ordering online is easier because you can order anytime.
