Hello Customer. Great to hear. Thank you for your review of our system. Capturing your eyeglasses prescription is important to us so that an optician can see just how your Doctor prescribed your lenses and make sure you ordered something that works for you. We appreciate your review!

Did not like choosing glasses without trying them on, but the fit and finish was very good for the money and the prescription correct.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Oct 13, 2020
Hello Dave. Order glasses online is definitely a newer concept and not always easy, but we are happy you tried it and are pleased with your purchase. Little feedback for you G.
User interface was nice, simple and easy to navigate. The only feedback that I would leave to help you guys is in the section where I had to choose my lense, upon clicking my option another pop up window came up where I had to choose my option once again and then close the window to go back to my order, the pop up window was disproportioned to the rest of my phone screen and was a bit iffy to navigate and close.

Hello Customer. We appreciate the feedback! We will share with our IT team so that they can look into it. We do have customers double check their selection just to make sure they selected what they intended since ordering glasses online is new for people. IT will check the proportion to phone screens to make sure all is working as it should. Thank you for your review!!
