Eyelation handles customer needs and social anxiety really well

Eyelation really is a great way to purchase safety glasses. I get that there's a lot of reluctance to use online services for something as intimately integrated into your facial framework as glasses. Really, I do. BUT, if you're like me and contesting a "good thing" that's not a great fit because someone else is paying for it, Eyelation is in your corner and will help your awkward self out with a pair of bomb safety glasses. Eyelation's staff is so on point when making sure you've got the right set of frames, dude; The rep I got, Vince, was cool, capable, and considerate. He did everything he could to help facilitate my order, which had been returned due to fit issues and didn't give me any flack for taking my sweet time on the reorder. There is a time limit for returning your frames, but as soon as I notified them of my issue and possible time frame conflict, they were so nice. If you have any social anxiety about phone calls, Eyelation has a great system set up for customer service on a remote basis, so you don't feel pressured. They're willing to accommodate any of your needs and they're super nice people. Professionally, I can't recommend them enough, but the only reason I'm doing this review is because the people are so great. Like, par example: homeboy Vince really settled my apprehension about reordering a new pair of glasses (because of the price difference) and he handled the logistics, explaining them to me clearly and concisely. That may not seem like a lot, but it meant the world to me. My experience with Eyelation was a good one; and, with the calibre of people they've got on staff, yours will be too.
