I think the layout of the site is nice and easy to use however I think the search refinement tool could improve and I would like to seee more notable brands.

It's nice and easy to pick out frames, I wish the lens options had more information about them and the discount amount on the personal frames kept changing. Other than that I liked the experience.

It was a lot faster than I assumed it would be. I wasn't told much about my eyesight, only that my glasses would be in the mail.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Our team just did a basic vision a assessment to get your prescription; they send off the results for an optometrist to review the findings. We still recommend you get an annual comprehensive eye exam to have the health of your eyes checked. Thank you.

It was super easy to use the site. And the selection is great. An improvement that I would like to see is a compare feature where I could select a few models and compare their features.
