Hello J.R. This is a great detailed review. First we would like to apologize on the long processing time. We understand the online ordering experience is unique. We are still looking at ways to work with local ECPs to supplement our services. We were not aware of the kiosk having problems so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will have someone look into this immediately. In the future, if this does happen again, we also have an online ordering portal for companies who have signed up for our program. Hello David. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not adjusting to your glasses. Do you typically wear a Progressive style lens at home too? If you feel like you need to return them for an adjustment, you have a few days left to return them but you must contact our team as soon as possible.
