easy peasy to order and purchase, but my previous frames broke, and couldn't figure out how to return for repair, had to buy new pair!!
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Mar 15, 2021
Hello Viriya, thank you for your review. Eyelation's policy includes a 1 year frame warranty so that, if your frames break within a 1 year period, you can return them with your lenses and we will replace them with a new frame at no charge. To access your frame warranty, you can call us at 708-468-8229 and we can walk you through the steps of the process. You do not have to place a new order and pay out of pocket, so I am having one of our opticians contact you to refund you for the order and activate your frame warranty. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
