Easy to order. Visuals appear to be clear and concise. Unfortunately, you cannot filter by price or brand. Average to other online order systems.

From the time I placed the Oder for my glasses, there was no communication to even tell me if the order was received. I had to go through my EHS manager to get any info from them at all. Also took two weeks before was shipped. Not very time efficient in my opinion. Glasses are okay quality. No nose piece and they fall down very easy. Nice clear lenses though. Over all I would not say I’m impressed with my experience at all.

Hello Customer. I'm sorry to hear you did not have as good of an experience as we hope for. First, I want to apologize for the delay. Typically the safety glasses ship in 7-10 business days since they are custom made to your prescription. However with COVID, the labs and shipping carriers are experiencing some delays. If an email was provided during the order process you should have received some communication; it is possible it went into a spam folder. I'm glad your lenses are working for you, but if your frame does not fit please feel free to reach out to us to exchange it. Our opticians can recommend something that will work better. You have a 30-day no questions ask return window. Thank you for your feedback!

I didn’t like the selection of frames but I have no choice but to buy from you if I want ADM to pay for them. I almost paid my optometrist for safety glasses, the selection was so poor!!!!!!
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jul 15, 2020
Hello Russ. We are so sorry that you were not happy with the selection. Your employer hand-picked the selection and wanted to have a very limited amount of frames. Typically, we do have a lot more frames in the system, but if an employer puts restrictions on the account Eyelation has to follow it. We always try to offer a variety of styles and price points for customers. Thank you for your review! If you need anything else please let us know.

wish there a selection for larger frames since I have a big head I know large frames don't fit there should be an option where we can pick bigger frames and let it go to whatever supervisor who is in charge to approve it
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jun 17, 2020
Hello Justino. At the request of your employer, the frame selection was limited. However, in looking at your order, the frame selected is the largest frame your company offers and is one of our XL frames. If you would like to contact us, we can see if there is something larger that would be a good choice and work on getting special approval for your order. We continually try to add make adjustments to our collections and will keep your feedback in mind. Thank you for your review.

Your selection has diminished considerably. There were significantly fewer frames to choose from this time around. I am immensely disappointed that the Wiley X P17 frame is no longer available through your service. That is probably the most popular option in our shop. It was a poor business decision to remove that frame from your selection.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jun 16, 2020
Hi Harry. We apologize for the inconvenience on removing that style. We constantly monitor the performance of all of our products, and occasionally we remove ones that are found to have higher than normal problem rates. We do this to try to make sure that people have the best possible experience when trusting us with their vision. Feel free to reach out to us though by email and we will see if we can adjust this for your company. Thank you for your review.
