OK but I wish the photos would let you zoom in to see items. Website dis not have enough information. On the glasses I wish there were more ways to input Eye, Bridge, and pd size information.

Simple and easy to order. The selection had more options than the last time I ordered which was nice. Keep up the good work.

I liked the ordering process however had trouble uploading prescription as well as photo that were required for purchase. I also believe that all glasses should come with a case and felt that it was not clearly stated that the safty glasses would arrive with a case.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize that you had issues with uploading your documents. If this happens again, you are welcome to email your documents to "[email protected]" and we would be happy to upload them for you. Safety glasses don't come with cases but some companies allow them to be purchased as an accessory. Thank you.

All set up for on line purchase works great, I would like to have more options to choose from but still fine.

Hello Lerasa. We appreciate your feedback. The admin of the company chooses the frames we are able to offer employees. Thank you for your review.

Glad you can order safety glasses. Adding progressive lenses made it over the benefit limit. Decided not to.

Easy to order, nice selection. But two problems with the webiste: (1) one's profile goes inactive in less than 2 years, so you've got to get your HR/EHS dept. to re-activate your account. (2) After looking at a pair of glasses, when you go "Back" to the array of glasses to consider, your filtering choices are erased and you've got to re-filter over and over again as you examine and virtually "try on" different pairs. Frustratingly unnecessary if the programming were better.

Hello Jim. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience the reset on frames causes. Our tech team has been made aware of this issue. Thank you for the review.
