We are continually working to try to offer more and more so that no matter what the collection is limited to our customers are happy with the selection. Opticians review each order before processing; if there is an issue with the size you selected, they will reach out and work with you & your company to find the right fit. Hello Kenny. I looked into your order and it looks like the first order was cancelled because the prescription added to your order was incorrect - we received only a cover letter rather than the Rx. We attempted to reach out to notify you, per our policy to inform customers. I am very sorry if you did not receive the email communication. I see your new order is being processed at the lab and we have your complete Rx now. Thank you for your order and I hope you enjoy your safety glasses! Hello Customer. We are working on adding new frames to the collections. Some frame are not available at the moment due to manufacturers have delays related to product sourcing from COVID. However, we do recognize that ordering glasses online is not always easy or comforting for people. We are looking at adding more descriptions of the products and filtering to help customers make an easier choice. Opticians review every order before processing to make sure the glasses are the appropriate size. Hello Customer. Thank you for your feedback. We continually look for new frames to add to our collection to offer our customers the best possible options. Unfortunately, your employer has requested we limit the selection quite a bit and not offer customers all of the options that we typically make available. I am sorry about that and wish we could offer more. We recommend letting your safety administrator know so that they can consider opening up the selection.

There is a 30-day no questions asked return policy on glasses and we want to make sure you are comfortable in your glasses.
